Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

The "Cyclonian" warrior class quest is bugged where I cannot hand in my x8 Liferoot, Essence of the Exile, and x30 Bloodscalp tusks to Bath'rah the Windwatcher, eventhough my quest log says "Cyclonian" [Complete].

Edit: Ok I abandoned the quest and accepted it again and it worked.

Try abandoning the quest, and picking it up again.

Why you'd do this on the PTR is beyond me.
